Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30 day Return Policy.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any order (except special orders) for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.
 Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you “New and unused condition”
within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note: Jewelry showing signs of wear, damage or resizing, engraving or alteration by a jeweler other than Mijan Jewelry are not returnable and orders received after 30 days from the shipment are not returnable.
 
1. Call to obtain your Return Authorization Code (RAC)
 
Call: 213 622- 3070 to get your RAC code.  You must write the code on the outside of the package for
it to be accepted for processing.  We will not accept Items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or
improperly insured.
 
You must write the RAC outside  of the package.  All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method except for bank wires, which are refunded via company check in 7 to 14 days  

2 .  Place the item back in its original packaging.  Be sure to include the Certification and Appraisal paperwork.

( important note : Failure to return these documents may result in a fee up to $200.00 )

3. For security reason do not  write Mijan jewelry anywhere on the box send to:

If the item is less than $500 ship the item back to us via any carrier you choose.  For your protection insure the package and request confirmation that the package has been received.

If the item is more than $ 500 you must return the package to us via U.S. Postal Service Registered mail,
since UPS and FEDEX will not provide insurance on the items worth $ 500 or more.
